None of my googling has discovered it yet. <br />They have commissioned an unsearchable service that slows you down. The f...Lancaster City Council are sort of ready...<br /><br />The finance department (well one member of staff) has been excellent!<br /><br />Although there is now only a copy of days to request any copies of invoices etc that you can.<br /><br />I asked them for a list of all new contracts (over £50k), and they duly obliged.<br />http://j.mp/LCC_Contracts_2010<br />Do any of them catch your eye?<br /><br />They also sent their COMPLETE spending history for 2010... not just the £500 per item, but every cheque/payment sent! All 29900 payments!<br />If anyone would like to work with me on this .. get in touch!<br /><br />The finance department have acknowledged that there are "issues" with the way finance data is stored... (i.e. 15 ways to store thetrainline.com).. but it is a facsinating look into how £29m of our money is spent!<br /><br />So could you be an armchair auditor?
